Estas se entregar\u00e1n dentro del mes posterior al cierre contable, es decir, en enero, mayo y septiembre.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Cierre del ejercicio contable, celebraci\u00f3n de Junta General Ordinaria y presentaci\u00f3n de presupuesto estimado de gastos ordinarios y c\u00e1lculo de nuevas cuotas ordinarias, en el mes a elegir por la Comunidad.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Presupuestar, coordinar, inspeccionar y ejecutar los acuerdos adoptados en materia de obras y efectuar los pagos y cobros que sean procedentes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Reclamaci\u00f3n de las deudas a morosos (en caso necesario por v\u00eda judicial, a trav\u00e9s del procedimiento monitorio establecido en el Art. 21 de la LPH).<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Asesoramiento Fiscal, Jur\u00eddico y T\u00e9cnico, en todo lo relacionado a la comunidad.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Recursos y Gestiones ante los organismos Oficiales y Municipales, tales como subvenciones, permisos, etc.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Mediador entre los vecinos, para evitar enfrentamientos directos entre los mismos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_blurb title=\u00bbComo Secretario\u00bb image_icon_width=\u00bb70px\u00bb icon_alignment=\u00bbleft\u00bb content_max_width=\u00bb100%\u00bb _builder_version=\u00bb4.22.1&#8243;
